The Insider's Report is where you benefit from the Community Team's local DC knowledge to guide you, our Ledger Union Market residents, to what we hope is a great DC experience.
Pad Thai Cooking Class!🔥
In this fun and hands-on class, you will be guided step-by-step in recreating this classic known for its diverse flavor profile of sweet, salty, sour and spicy. You will learn basic knife skills, how to properly prepare the traditional noodles used in this dish, and build the flavor profile of an authentic Pad Thai sauce. Once you have created your masterpiece, you will then plate, garnish and devour your creations with your newfound foodie friends! You will also learn how to source fresh, seasonal ingredients and specialty spices in order to recreate the perfect Pad Thai at home. Perfect for entertaining, wow your friends and family at your next dinner party with your newfound signature dish!

Did you know that Pad Thai is rated as one of the most delicious food in the world? Being well-known a popular dish in Thailand, especially on the street, many people have discovered that there’s more to Pad Thai that meets the eye. Pad Thai surely has an interesting background, but what’s fascinating about it is that it did not originate from Thailand, but China! What made this dish more “Thai” is that they added additional flavors and ingredients like chilies.
Mindful Drinking Fest 2025!🍸
Mindful Drinking Fest is the largest mindful drinking event in the US, with three days of programming. The event fosters community and educates attendees about the benefits of no-and low-alcohol beverages and holistic health practices. Attendees sip delicious drinks, celebrate a world of mindful consumption, and connect through the tasting hall, seminars, parties, and wellness activations.

Handmade Empanada Cooking Class!✨
Join us for our handmade empanadas class where you will learn to make the pastry pocket we all know and love filled with creative and unique ingredients. These flavorful patties made of dough are traditionally sweet and savory, and have a variety of adaptions based on the country you enjoy them in.
